Above All Roofing of Rochester Inc. provides residential and commercial roofing services including but not limited to inspections, estimates, repairs, full replacements, and storm damage assessments. All services are subject to a written estimate and signed agreement prior to work commencing. Verbal commitments do not constitute a binding service contract.

2. Service Requests & Estimates

• Submitting a contact form, calling our business line, or responding to our SMS messages constitutes a request for information or an estimate — not a binding service agreement.

• Estimates are provided at no charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

• A signed contract and, where applicable, a deposit are required before any work begins.

• Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional findings discovered during the course of work may result in a revised scope and cost, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number when requesting our services, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Above All Roofing of Rochester Inc. related to your service request.

• Messages may include initial inquiry responses, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, estimate follow-ups, and general service communication.

• Some messages may be sent automatically or composed with AI assistance. All automated messages are contextually related to your roofing service request.

• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

• Message frequency depends on the nature and current status of your service request.

• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a single confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent.

• For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

• We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Automated & AI-Assisted Communications

Above All Roofing of Rochester Inc. uses automated technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to help respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately. By contacting us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Automated SMS: Your initial inquiry may receive an automated SMS response sent within seconds of your submission. Subsequent messages in the conversation may also be AI-assisted.

• AI Voice System: Inbound phone calls may be answered by an AI voice assistant when our team is unavailable, including after business hours. The automated system will identify itself and will collect your name, address, description of roofing needs, and contact information to route your request to our team.

• Call Recording & Transcription: Calls to our business line may be recorded and automatically transcribed. By calling, you consent to this recording and transcription. A disclosure will be provided at the start of any automated call interaction.

• Human Escalation: If you prefer to speak with a live team member, you may call us directly during business hours. Our team reviews all AI-assisted interactions and maintains full oversight of customer communications.

AI-assisted communications are used solely for the purpose of responding to your roofing service request. We do not use AI communications for unsolicited marketing.

5. Payments

• Payment terms will be specified in your individual service contract.

• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• A deposit may be required prior to ordering materials or scheduling labor, as specified in your contract.

• Insurance claims: We will cooperate fully with your insurance provider and assist with the claims process. However, the property owner remains responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance, including deductibles and any upgrades elected beyond the insurance-approved scope.

• Unpaid balances past the due date specified in your contract may be subject to late fees or referral to collections as permitted by applicable law.

6. Warranties

Warranty terms vary by service type and materials used and will be detailed in your individual service contract. Please note:

• Labor warranties cover workmanship defects under normal conditions for the period specified in your contract.

• Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials are issued directly by the manufacturer and are subject to their separate terms and registration requirements.

• Warranties are void if damage results from improper modification, acts of nature beyond normal wear, or failure to maintain the roof per standard recommendations.

7. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or prior job completion timelines.

• We will notify you as promptly as possible of any scheduling changes via phone, SMS, or email.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling fee at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Above All Roofing of Rochester Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, automated communications, or AI-assisted systems. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
